Black winged / Adams's Snowfinch (Montifringilla adamsi)
Earlier called Tibetan Snowfinch before it was renamed. Now Tibetan is a different species (Montifringilla henrici). This is probably the most widespread Snowfinch in my experience. Saw it in Tibetan plateau of Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh.
