Grey-crowned Prinia (Prinia cinereocapilla)
One of the rare prinia that we see in India. Saw the habitat in Kaladhungi, Uttarakhand. It was sharing it with other birds which are common in North Bengal at around the similar habitat and elevation. Who knows may be someone can find it in Bengal as well one day.
