Blanford's / Plain-backed Snowfinch (Montifringilla blanfordi)
This is seen mostly in Ladakh side of Tibetan plateau but just weeks before our trip to North Sikkim a bunch of them were seen there. We searched & searched for it and took hundreds of all suspects at the far but there were none. Finally Ladakh did give the lifer and several good pictures.
